What You'll Do :

• Provide executive-level support to Departmental faculty leaders , including 1-2 Vice Chairs and 1-2 Programs or Centers . Includes special projects , coordination of academic events involving multiple departments / centers, external academic programs, and academic project management.
• Assist with coordination of NIH Grants

What We're Looking For :

Bachelor of Arts and 2–3 years of experience (or equivalent)

Experience in high-volume, fast-paced office environment preferred

Heavy Calendar Management and great organization skills

Must have excellent writing and editing skills
