Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice for Weekend coverage Friday -Sunday 8 : 45am until 7pm . The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, infection control practices, and various dental procedures, including prosthodontics, oral surgery, and root canal therapy. The Dentist will work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals in a supportive environment that prioritizes patient care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and root canal therapy.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation using dental software such as Dentrix or Epic.
- Provide education to patients regarding oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Manage pediatric patients with care and understanding to create a positive experience for children.
Skills
