Position Description
- Individuals in this position monitor, transmit, and report on the data collected in the agency’s Electronic Health Record system. Provides operational and consultation support to field and professional staff.
- Work is performed under the direct supervision of the E.H.R Data Coordinator.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Advises Administrative Services Director and unit staff regarding any operation problems with Credible system.Provides consultation to clinical management regarding operation of the Credible system as directed.Runs reports in various applications, including EHR, SPARS, Microsoft Excel and prepare data to be used in evaluation of program performance.Ensure appropriate documentation is received and filed for all program participants.Communicates with program staff and management on data needs and any ongoing errorsAssist with data collection and information tracking for events, trainings, referrals, program engagement, and participant care needs.Generate monthly, quarterly, semi-annual reports as needed.Performs daily / weekly / monthly monitoring of data prior to transmittal to governing entities to include designated County, State, and Federal data systems.Back up to Data Support Rep I in entering monthly data updates to the PPWDC,TANF, and Incidentals into governing entities designated data system.Prepares and corrects error reports after transmission of data to governing entities data systems.Collaborate with other internal departments and external agencies to ensure the overall success of the project.This position qualifies for short and long-term telecommuting per policy 100.007 Telecommuting Guidelines.Performs other reasonable and related duties as assigned.Minimum Training and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science, management information systems, or a closely related course of study, from an accredited college or university; or two (2) years of post high school education at an accredited college or technical school engaged in the study of management information systems, computer science, computer programming, or other approved course of study, or five (5) years of full-time professional experience in a position which utilized the skills / knowledge acquired during the aforementioned course of study.Requires the ability to work independently and to consistently exercise discretion and independent judgment.
