Key Responsibilities
Act as a resource for escalated technical issues and provide high-quality customer support to internal users
Investigate and resolve application issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams for incident resolution
Monitor ticket queues, document issues, and ensure SLA adherence by resolving issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
3-5 years in logistics systems or IT support, with familiarity in application and infrastructure troubleshooting
Experience supporting logistics or warehouse management systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using ticketing systems for issue tracking
Working knowledge of SQL
