We are currently hiring a Mechanical Engineer / Project Engineer - Entry Level

Position overview :

Work with in-house professional engineers to design, document and oversee the installation of design-build HVAC projects from $20,000 to $5 million.

Position : Mechanical Engineer / Project Engineer - Entry Level

Compensation : $75,000 to 80,000 per year, salary

Hours : Monday through Friday

Office Location : Auburn, WA

    • What you will be doing :

  • Represent the company at design and coordination meetings with owners and architects, and make well-informed decisions in the fast-paced construction industry
  • Conduct & provide load calculations
  • Insuring projects meets local building and mechanical codes
  • Designing HVAC systems with other trades
  • Utilizing AutoCAD MEP to generate design documents
  • Working with project managers to oversee construction
  • Collaborate with highly skilled field crews on and off construction sites

    • Qualifications / Skills :

  • Engineering degree from a 4-year program, EIT (Engineer in Training) is a plus.
  • Great Communication skills and visual presence.
  • AutoCAD MEP experience required
  • Experience working with NavisWorks and / or REVIT a plus
  • Technical problem-solving skills
  • Detailed oriented
  • Embraces ambiguity
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Experience with energy modeling software a plus
