Service Coordinator II

We are a full-service distributor of Generac equipment and solutions providing sales, service and rentals.
We're seeking a Service Coordinator II to join our Service Department. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, managing service calls, job tracking, invoicing, and contract setup. You'll play a key part in ensuring smooth workflows, timely communication, and high-quality service delivery while supporting both customers and internal teams.
Your Impact As a Service Coordinator II, you'll ensure that service operations run efficiently from start to finish. By coordinating technicians, managing customer needs, and maintaining accurate records, you'll directly contribute to customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and team success. You'll also mentor and support other service roles, helping to strengthen the overall performance of the department.

Compensation : Energy Systems is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly rate for this role based in Fife, WA is $25.05 - $35.07 USD. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short term and long-term incentives.
Physical Demands : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
