Criminal background checks for all counties lived and worked for the last seven years are necessary.

Federal criminal background checks for the last seven years are required.

A multi-state criminal search for the last seven years is required.

A nationwide sex offender search for the last seven years is necessary.

An HHS / OIG search is required.

A GSA search is necessary.

A Social Security number trace is required.

A one-step PPD or Quantiferon test result or proof of a positive PPD and chest X-ray must be submitted.

A SAM search is necessary.

Negative drug screen test results are required (only in hospital settings).

A physical may be required (only in hospital settings).
