Use your expertise to help students develop critical communication skills and succeed academically and socially.

Job Responsibilities

\n\n \n\t

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders

\n\t\n\t

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs

\n\t\n\t

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care

\n\t\n\t

Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation

\n\t\n\t

Conduct group and one-on-one therapy sessions

\n\t\n\t

Educate and support school staff on speech and language-related topics

\n\t\n

\n\n

Education & Certification Requirements

\n\n \n\t

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

\n\t\n\t

Current Washington State SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

\n\t\n\t

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; CFY welcome to apply

\n\t\n\t

Previous experience in a school setting is a plus

\n\t\n\t

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

\n\t\n

\n\n

Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday

Compensation : Up to $2,600 / week or $65 / hour, based on experience
