Program Loyalty Program Manager
Veer for the correct operation of the Puma Energy loyalty program.
Manage and coordinate the enrollment of the loyalty program in service stations :
Enrollment of payment gateways
Setup of the service station in the systems
Creation of users for service stations in the systems
Coordinate and support with tests in new service stations that join the program.
Be the liaison between the sales team and the regional loyalty team on loyalty program issues.
Provide comprehensive support to service stations on loyalty program issues.
Perform fraud prevention analysis of card payments.
Attend to final customer complaints that the support team cannot solve or require approval.
Identify opportunities for improvements in existing processes of both products, attention, and UX.
Invoice commissions, manage refunds, and report loyalty program provisions to service stations on a monthly basis.
Perform analysis of campaigns and commercial actions to management.
Perform fraud analysis of points, follow up on reports, and generate proposals for improvements.
Coordinate training with the training area in the launch of a new product or to reinforce existing processes in the EESS.
Academic background :
University : Industrial engineer, business administration or related fields.
Knowledge :
Advanced level in MS Excel and Power Point
Advanced level in data analysis and related tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Valued knowledge in digital marketing and / or application development
Advanced level of English
