Sr. Structural Design Engineer (Owings Mills)

Structural Design Engineer

STV is seeking a Structural Design Engineer to join our team in Owings Mills, MD. You'll work alongside some of the most talented minds in transportation design, gaining exposure to a wide variety of structural projects and playing a key role in transforming concepts into reality.

What You'll Do :

• Design and analyze new and existing bridges, retaining walls, culverts, sign structures, and other transportation-related structures
• Support bridge rehabilitation efforts and load rating calculations
• Produce construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
• Conduct and support bridge condition inspections (highway and rail transit)
• Prepare inspection and structural evaluation reports
• Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs
• Contribute to constructability reviews and quality assurance
• Prepare Quality Control documentation and assist in proposal development
• Support Design-Build pursuits and construction engineering packages
• Share expertise and mentor junior staff

What You Bring :

Compensation Range : $106,908.24 - $142,544.33
