Kitchen Design Assistant

📍 Ephrata, PA | 🕓 Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8 : 30am–5 : 00pm (flexible schedule)

Invision Designs is a design division of Cloister's Flooring America, and we’re looking for a motivated Kitchen Design Assistant to support our lead designers on a variety of residential projects. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the many aspects of the interior design and remodeling industry.

About the Role

As a Kitchen Design Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping our design team deliver exceptional results. You’ll assist with cabinetry drawings, digital renderings, mood boards, material selections, project coordination, pricing, ordering, and showroom organization. This position blends administrative support with hands-on design exposure — offering a strong foundation to grow into an independent designer within our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support lead designers during client meetings, consultations, and material selections
  • Create and organize digital design boards and presentations
  • Manage project details — pricing quotes, estimates, and order confirmations
  • Coordinate material pickups, deliveries, and supplier communication
  • Contribute to showroom updates and visual merchandising

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledgeable, or willingness to learn 2020 Design Flex and RFMS software
  • Up to date on current social media platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in learning sales aspects of cabinetry, window treatments, wallcovering, and design services
  • Schedule

  • Full-time, hourly, 40 hours per week
  • Standard hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30am–5 : 00pm
  • Flexibility required for occasional evening or Saturdays to fulfill project needs
