Compa Industries is searching for qualified candidates for a Science-Engineer Program Manager 3 (SCPM 3) position at Los Alamos National Laboratory in Los Alamos, NM.

Pay : $105-$112 / HR

Location : Los Alamos, NM

Citizenship : US citizenship required

Work Schedule : Full-time, onsite

Clearance : Active DOE Q clearance highly desired

Mandatory Experience Requirement – Read Before Applying

Candidates Must Have

• Prior experience working in a high-hazard nuclear facility
• At least 12 years of relevant experience in program or technical management
• A bachelor's degree in a science or engineering field
• The ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance

Impact

As a key leader within the Plutonium Mission Consolidated Support (PMCS) Office under the Associate Laboratory Directorate for Weapons Production (ALDWP), you will provide vision, strategic direction, and programmatic oversight for crosscutting support services. Your portfolio will span approximately $400M in scope by FY26, impacting multiple LANL directorates and national security missions.
