Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care , including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits.Work closely with physicians and care teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)Promote patient education, health maintenance, and wellness initiatives.Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (FNP preferred)Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC)Active or eligible South Carolina NP license and DEA licenseExperience in primary care or internal medicine preferredExcellent communication and collaboration skills with a patient-centered approachJob Opening ID
