Summary

Rosenbaum Personal Injury Lawyers is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and bilingual Intake Specialist to join our amazing team. The Intake Specialist plays a key role in identifying and bringing new clients to our firm and is the first point of contact for potential clients. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with fostering and maintaining positive client relations through communication and professional conduct.
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
• Conduct intake interviews to gather information and assess case potential.
• Manage initial case information, track leads, and follow up with potential clients as needed.
• Support prospective clients by providing general information about the Intake process.
• Provide additional support to the Intake team and perform additional duties as needed.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks.
