Key Responsibilities

Define and implement the long-term vision and strategy for the security engineering function

Build and lead a global team of security engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence

Oversee continuous monitoring and vulnerability management to identify and mitigate risks

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field

10+ years in cybersecurity or software engineering, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles

Proven experience in leading large-scale security engineering programs or cloud security operations

Deep technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure and automation frameworks

Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) preferred
