Account Manager

A company is looking for an Account Manager to create and maintain positive relationships with clients and brokers.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level customer service and support to assigned brokers and clients

Monitor and manage tasks using a CRM system and assist in client implementations

Respond to escalations and prepare for seasonal activities such as re-enrollment

Required Qualifications

3+ years of relevant Account Management experience, preferably in benefits management

Experience with the Alegeus system is preferred

Associate or bachelor's degree is preferred but not required

Strong organizational and prioritizing skills with the ability to multi-task

Above average analytical and problem-solving skills
