About The Role

Front Desk team members are the first contact point at Barry's studios, responsible for customer service, class bookings, maintaining studio cleanliness, FuelBar operations, and merchandise sales. We seek passionate, reliable, team-oriented problem-solvers with excellent interpersonal skills and a love for health and fitness.

Responsibilities

• Client Experience : Provide excellent hospitality, assist with class and membership inquiries, and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Interpersonal Relationships : Develop and sustain positive relationships with clients and staff.
• Communication : Effectively communicate with supervisors and team members via various channels.
• Studio Maintenance : Keep the studio clean and organized, assist with restocking, and promote studio offerings.
• Fuel Bar Operations : Prepare and serve smoothies, handle orders, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Facility Maintenance : Clean equipment, floors, mirrors, and perform minor repairs; manage laundry services.
