Duties :

Advocate for clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations

Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and agreements

Perform detailed legal research and prepare strategic case analyses

Maintain active and ongoing communication with clients to develop case strategies

Identify and cultivate areas of personal practice interest with encouragement from firm leadership

Requirements :

Currently licensed to practice law in the state of New Mexico

3-5 years of hands-on litigation experience, preferably with an emphasis on family law

Strong drafting, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active matters

Self-driven professional who collaborates well in a team-oriented setting

Education :

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications :

Admission to the New Mexico State Bar (mandatory)

Skills :
