About the Position

Maintenance / Grounds Team Lead – 1601. Supervisory-level position accountable for directing and overseeing facility, grounds, and specialized trade workers and contractors in the maintenance, operation and repair of state facilities, equipment, and grounds.

Responsibilities include hiring recommendations; training; work planning, assignments, and review; performance assessment, coaching, and progressive discipline. Supervises employees with the knowledge and skills to perform and review the work overseen.

Salary
