About The Position

Job Title : Physical Therapy Assistant

Shift : Monday to Friday, Days

Hours per Shift : 32 hours guaranteed

Experience : New graduates are welcome; SNF experience preferred

License : State license verification required

Certifications : CPR certification required

Must-Have :

• Completed prescreen attached upon submission
• Resume attached
• License verification attached
• Three references provided
• Criminal background checks for all counties lived and worked for the past 7 years
• Nationwide sex offender search for the past 7 years
• Social security number trace
• Negative drug screen results

Description :

If these items are not completed and attached, the candidate will be declined.

Successful candidates will need to complete a Covid test 72 hours prior to the start date with results issued 48 hours prior to the start date.
