A company is looking for a Remote Property Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for a portfolio of properties
Performing account reconciliations and ensuring all financial reporting deadlines are met
Executing month-end close processes, including the preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in property accounting
Proficiency in GL, reconciliation, and month-end close processes
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is a plus
