Job Title : Tractor Operator

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tractor Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating tractors & bush hogs to mow various open spaces, roadways and vacant lots. This position requires experience with tractors, bush hog equipment, attention to safety, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate tractors and bush hogs to mow various locations including fields and right of ways.
• Wash & Fuel Equipment Daily
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment, reporting any issues.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures while operating machinery.
• Work in various weather conditions and on different terrain types.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project efficiency.
