With rapid adoption, global expansion, and highly specialized logistics for a growing portfolio of devices, we are looking for a full-time Junior Firmware Engineer to help design, control, and optimize the embedded intelligence that powers our next-generation platforms.
Position Summary
The Territorial Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing long-term client relationships, and expanding Elixir MD Inc’s presence within an assigned region. This role requires a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in medical device or aesthetic product sales specifically with experience selling to plastic surgeons and aesthetic medical practices background with plastic surgeons
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, consultative salesperson who understands the dynamics of private practice operations and can effectively communicate clinical and business value to physicians and their staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve or exceed sales targets and company goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle-prospecting, demos, closing, and post sales support.
- Drive territory sales and exceed $2.0M+ annual quota through direct selling of ELIXIR MD™ devices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and other key opinion leaders in the aesthetics space.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and training sessions for physician offices and staff.
- Represent ELIXIR MD Inc. at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, pipeline, and territory performance in the company CRM.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive activity, and regulatory requirements in the aesthetic medicine field.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of field sales experience in medical device, aesthetic pharmaceutical industriesBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience).Direct experience selling to plastic surgeons, med spas, or aesthetic-focused physicians.Demonstrated success in consultative and relationship-based sales with measurable achievements (quota attainment, territory growth, etc.).Strong business acumen and understanding of physician office economics.Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territoryProficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
