What You Will Own

  • Setup and operation of manual lathes, mills, and supporting equipment.
  • Blueprint interpretation, layout, and sequencing of machining steps.
  • Dimensional verification and quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
  • Routine maintenance and minor adjustments to keep machines performing at their best.
  • Cross-team troubleshooting to resolve machining challenges quickly.
  • Shop organization and adherence to all safety procedures and policies.

What You Bring

  • HS diploma or equivalent; trade school or certifications preferred.
  • Proven background as a Manual Machinist or in a similar precision role.
  • Fluency with technical drawings and machining processes / tooling.
  • Solid measurement skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive, professional approach.
