We are seeking an Operations Manager to ensure high-quality service for our clients while leading a team of fieldworkers. This role is crucial to the efficient and profitable execution of projects and involves managing crews, coordinating resources, and maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Pay : $65,000- $85,000 Salary, plus smart goals

Requirements

• Previous field experience (Construction, Landscaping, Lake / Pond Maintenance).
• Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to interact with multiple audiences, including but not limited to the Operations Team, Sales team, subcontractors, vendors, and others.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Ability to work in dynamic environments and under pressure.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
