About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales professional to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with customers, and has a passion for design and home improvement. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with product inquiries, order processing, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Assist clients with product selection, pricing, and availability
• Process orders, quotes, and follow-ups using internal systems
• Collaborate with outside sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Support showroom activities and help maintain a clean, organized presentation space
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs
