Planet Honda of Union is hiring appointment coordinators. Planet Honda of Union, part of the Fortune 500 Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, is busier than ever, and we need help scheduling service appointments for our loyal clientele. We are searching for a talented appointment setter who can help our award-winning service team achieve their targeted goals. What will you be doing?

  • Respond via email and phone to internet leads
  • Determine each customer's needs by asking the correct questions
  • Set appointments for service department and follow up to confirm
  • Ensure a positive customer experience
  • Introduce customers to service team
  • Enter customer information into CRM
  • Outbound and inbound customer phone calls

Who are we looking for?

  • Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated
  • Experience in customer service, call center or retail sales
  • Dealership experience, a plus
  • Ability to handle heavy phone volume
  • Persuasive- knack for sales and customer service
  • Strong communication skills verbal and written
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail

    • The expected pay range for this position is ($15.59 hourly+commissions). Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
