Overview
We’re looking for hands-on Production Workers who take pride in building high-quality concrete precast products that support critical infrastructure across the country. You'll build forms, tie rebar, build metal cages, mix and pour concrete and do concrete finish work on drains, culverts, pipes, manhole risers and other critical infrastructure products. The work is physical, but largely indoors and out of the sun.
Concrete and construction experience not required.

Shifts
1st shift - 6am - 4pm (Monday - Friday)2nd shift - 11 : 30am - 10pm (Monday - Thursday)Responsibilities
Build forms from wood or metal, including measuring, cutting, and assembling to specTie rebar manually and operate a wire cage machine to build reinforcement structuresMix, pour, and finish concrete using trowels, floats, and finishing toolsPerform in-process and final quality checks on dimensions, surface finish, and materialsOperate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and hoists safely and efficientlyFollow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and production drawings with accuracyLoad and unload materials, concrete molds, and finished products as neededCross-train in multiple production areas and assist wherever neededKeep a clean, organized, and safe work areaSupport production in multiple departmentsCommunicate with leads to improve processesRequirements
1+ year in fast-paced manufacturing or constructionAble to lift 50+ lbs and stand for an entire shiftEnjoys physical workMechanically inclined : can read blueprints and use toolsStrong work ethic and attention to safetyEnthusiasm for the workHigh school diploma or GED preferredBenefits
