Radiology Job Details Job Type : Travel Radiologic Technologist (locum tenens) Location : South Charleston, West Virginia (WV healthcare jobs) Facility : Acute Care Hospital – General X-Ray Department Shift : 8-hour evening shifts (3 : 00 pm – 11 : 30 pm), Monday–Friday, rotating weekends Hours : Guaranteed 40 hours per week Assignment Length : 13 weeks (October 3, 2025 – January 2, 2026) Estimated Weekly Pay : $2130 - $2280 Equipment : GE OEC C-arms, Siemens Fluoroscopy Unit, AGFA PACS, DELL Medical with AGFA digital plate Scrub Color : Black (not provided) Radiologic Technologist Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist in a hospital setting Current ARRT certification (Radiology Tech jobs) Valid West Virginia Radiologic Technologist license (WVRT Board) BLS (AHA) certification Preferred experience with OR and Fluoroscopy procedures Strong communication and patient care skills Knowledge of specialized imaging technology (C-arm, O-arm, etc.) Physical ability to position patients for optimal imaging results Attention to detail for maintaining accurate patient records Must provide an unexpired driver's license Radiology Responsibilities Perform routine X-rays, fluoroscopy studies (UGI, Esophagram, BE), IR procedures (Arthrogram, Myelogram, Nephrostomy), and specialized imaging (Scoliosis, leg length) Operate and maintain advanced radiology equipment (C-arms, O-arm, stitching software) Ensure patient safety and comfort during all imaging procedures Maintain accurate patient medical records using AGFA PACS and EPIC charting system Collaborate with Imaging Director, Radiology Lead Tech, and in-house Radiologist Follow department protocols and safety measures to minimize radiation exposure Participate in department orientation and adhere to scheduling requirements Apply now to join our healthcare team as a travel Radiologic Technologist in South Charleston, West Virginia!
