Required Experience :
- 5–10+ years of relevant IT experience as a Tech Lead, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead
- 3+ years managing, supporting, or developing TMS (Transportation Management System) applications
- Strong SQL skills : ability to write, read, and create complex queries
- Experience with API integrations and callbacks, including writing Postman tests and understanding ETL datapoints
- Proficient Business Analysis skills, translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Responsible for managing all demand entering LMS, supporting solution design, steering sprint management, and aligning priorities between business needs and major projects to effectively space out effort
- Proven expertise in Agile sprint planning, development execution, timeline communication, holistic intake prioritization, and delivery scheduling (Scrum Master / Tech Lead responsibilities)
- Skilled in managing continuous improvement programs, including communicating progress and celebrating successes
- Strong analytical abilities : gathering information, detecting patterns, brainstorming, interpreting data, integrating new inputs, and theorizing to solve problems and make informed decisions
- Excellent documentation skills, particularly for business and financial case justifications
- Strong client-facing capabilities, with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting internal and external relationships and drive results through influence
- Ability to juggle multiple assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt to evolving work conditions
- Demonstrates a high degree of initiative

The Solutions Delivery Principal will provide leadership and strategic support to LMS Application Development and Support, Solution Delivery and Support, and to AAI TM Account Managers, Sr Account Manager and Director. This position is responsible for making TM technology recommendations and communicating and maintaining strategy momentum for the vertical / business unit. The successful candidate is considered an expert in Supply Chain Logistics, specifically transportation management and distribution management technologies. In the absence of an IT Manager or Director will provide guidance to IT development, delivery, and support resources across the vertical / business unit. This position may be called upon to provide a level of project management for single or multiple strategic projects and / or perform a vendor management role with internal and external service providers.
Additional Responsibilities :
Identify solution gaps in our client's portfolio as it pertains to business unit and / or vertical and work with IT functional groups to strategically address gaps; including but not limited to : maintaining the technology inventory for the vertical / business unit, coordinating with solution architects, technology account leads, and / or functional development teams to draft strategy to address risk associated with the technology portfolio and / or technology gaps, building business / financial support to achieve strategic program objectives, and supporting annual capital planning for the vertical including business case development
