Key Responsibilities
Create and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base in North America
Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships while tracking key metrics and business trends
Manage selected retail customer accounts and ensure growth in alignment with the company's North American strategy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related business field
5+ years of experience in sales management
Proficiency in customer service and growing the customer base
Understanding of supply chain and business operations for fresh produce
Experience in an international dynamic environment
