Job Details

• Handle toxic tort and product liability defense matters
• Draft and respond to discovery and motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Appear in court for hearings and case management when needed
• Work directly with partners on case strategy and execution
• Collaborate in a supportive, team-focused environment
• Must be admitted and residing in California
• 3+ years of litigation experience preferred (toxic tort / product liability experience highly valued; training available for the right candidate)

Compensation

Base pay range : $130,000.00 / yr - $170,000.00 / yr
