Pay Range : [$65.00] to [$70.00]

Job Title : Python Developer

Location(s) : Jersey City NJ

Contract to Hire (Y / N) : Y

Schedule : Completely onsite position

Experience Level : 4-9 years

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain AI-driven workflows using Python and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent).
• Design, test, and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs), ensuring accuracy, tone, and consistency across varied use cases.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems and secure cloud-hosted environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Implement human-in-the-loop and quality assurance mechanisms to maintain compliance, auditability, and reproducibility.
• Establish documentation standards for workflows, supporting governance, prompt version control , and knowledge transfer across teams.
• Contribute to firm-wide engineering practices including Continuous Integration , Continuous Delivery , Test Driven Development , cloud-native development , and secure / resilient architecture design .
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in AI / ML , prompt engineering , and software delivery , sharing insights through internal knowledge sessions or external publications.
