Job Description

As a Security Officer - CRE Patrol Specialist in Seattle, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for tenants and visitors. Your routine patrols and visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while your strong customer service skills will foster positive interactions throughout the property. In this role, you will use technology such as alarm panels, access control systems, and computer or tablet devices to support daily tasks. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
