VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking an Acquisition Program Management Analyst to support our NAVSEA customer. This is a hybrid position reporting onsite 3 days a week in Washington, DC. Responsibilities :

The Acquisition Program Management Analyst will support complex unmanned maritime systems from concept to completion. They will assist with pre-award and post-award activities including internal and external data calls for contract status, program and financial reviews, program reports, audits, and request for information. They will work with key stakeholders to develop and track integrated master schedules (IMS), review contracts, and project costs. Additional responsibilities include :

• Developing and maintaining acquisition and program-related documentation and artifacts, including Justification and Approvals (J&As), Request for Proposal (RFP) packages, Statements of Work (SOW), Technical Instructions (TIs), Technical Advisory Reports (TARs), and purchase and contract modifications
• Assisting with contract actions and milestones, deliverables, CDRLs, TIs, and DD 254s. Provide general support for program reviews and meetings, monitor contract financial allocations, obligations, and expenditures
• Assisting with planning and managing resources and schedules using Microsoft Project
• Interacting regularly with senior program managers, CORs, SMEs, and stakeholders across multiple programs
• Executing funding, updating budget slides, attending budget meetings, and meeting with sponsors to determine funding origin and allocation
• Drafting pre and post award documentation for RFP packages, developing briefs on status of programs, and analyzing contracting and financial metrics
• Preparing burn down reports, ad-hoc reports, and performance metrics / Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Salary at VISTA is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $80,000.00 to $140,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of VISTA's total compensation package for employees.
