Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our clients team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining order entry data into their computerized systems. Responsibilities

  • Transcribe data from source documents into computerized databases
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of data entered
  • File and maintain physical and electronic records
  • Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity
  • Assist with order entry and processing
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
