Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner, based in Philadelphia, PA. The Nurse Practitioner will provide advanced nursing care to pediatric patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of patient health. Responsibilities include conducting physical exams, ordering and interpreting tests, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and providing patient and family education. The role involves collaborating with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure high-quality, comprehensive care for our patients.

Qualifications

• Advanced nursing skills including patient assessment, diagnosis, and management.
• Proficiency in conducting physical exams and interpreting diagnostic tests.
• Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans, and prescribing medications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and family education and collaboration with healthcare team members.
• Master's degree or higher in Nursing, with a Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Pennsylvania.
• Previous experience in pediatric care is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
