Ladah Law Firm seeks to hire a full-time attorney to join our team of litigators. The ideal candidate will have 5 + years of experience as a litigator.

Duties will include, but are not limited to :

• Drafting briefs, motions, and pleadings, including motions in limine and trial briefs.
• Arguing motions.
• Reviewing deposition transcripts and identifying critical testimony.
• Assisting in all aspects of the trial preparation process.
• Conducting legal research in order to draft original, creative legal arguments.
• Conducting / defending depositions.
• Preparing written discovery and responding to the same.
