A company is looking for a Support Specialist I to assist in processing claims for Social Security disability and Veteran's Disability services.
Key Responsibilities
Process administrative tasks to build claimants' case files, including demographic and client-specific data
Mail correspondence to claimants or the SSA and ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards
Conduct follow-up activities with government agencies and maintain confidentiality of claimant information
Required Qualifications
Experience in a customer service-related field
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Ability to input accurate data into various computer systems
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and screens simultaneously
Must display a high level of initiative and drive to succeed
