Location : Marshfield, Wisconsin.

Employment Type : Contract.

We have an immediate opening for a Locum Tenens Orthopedic Surgery PA or NP in Marshfield, WI. This is a 6-month contract offering a balanced schedule of approximately two weeks per month. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Level 1 or 2 trauma call.

Position Overview :

  • Specialty : Orthopedic Surgery.
  • Work Setting : Hospital (Inpatient & Outpatient).
  • Key Responsibilities : Clinic coverage, surgical assist, rounding, and trauma call.
  • EMR : Cerner.

Schedule :

  • Dates : November 27, 2025 - May 27, 2026.
  • Shift Structure : Scheduled clinical hours plus call.
  • Hours : Approx. 2 weeks of coverage per month.

    • Candidate Requirements :

  • Minimum Experience : 2 years of primary call coverage experience at a Level 1 or 2 trauma center is required.
  • Board Status : Board Certified.
  • Licensing : Willing to wait for WI license (We help get you licensed).
  • Certifications : DEA required.
