Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapy Clinical Director, located in St Clair Shores, MI. The Physical Therapy Clinical Director will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensure high-quality patient care, develop and implement rehabilitation programs, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and manage the clinical staff. The Director will also be responsible for patient evaluations, treatment planning, and providing hands-on therapy sessions.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Medicine, Physical Therapy, and Rehabilitation

Strong skills in Patient Care and Home Care management

Excellent leadership and organizational abilities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or related field

Relevant certifications and licenses in the state of Michigan

Experience in osteopractic treatments is a plus
