Director of Incident Management

A company is looking for a Director, IDD Incident Management and Quality Outcomes, Performance-Based Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of incident management, ensuring compliance and timely reporting

Lead the development of incident review processes and utilize data analytics for risk mitigation

Manage program development and financial operations to ensure sustainability and quality service delivery

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in incident management and quality assurance within a healthcare or non-profit setting

Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and engagement

Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and accreditation standards

Experience with data analytics tools, such as PowerBI, for performance monitoring

Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
