We’re looking for a dynamic Assistant Business Office Manager to join our team at Shalom Gardens Health and Rehab , a respected and caring Skilled Nursing Facility where residents come first — and so do our employees.
What You’ll Do :
As our Assistant Business Office Manager, you’ll be a key player in keeping our facility running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Business Office Manager and leadership team to support billing, collections, admissions paperwork, and resident trust accounts — all while helping families navigate their loved one’s care journey with confidence and compassion.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist with resident billing and collections (Medicaid, Medicare, Private Pay, and insurance)
Help maintain accurate financial records and reporting
Support admission and discharge processes with required documentation
Provide exceptional service to residents, families, and vendors
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
