job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAssist the dentist to gain patient commitment for treatment Participate in the Perfect Patient Experience by focusing on patient needs and concerns Maintain a clean, sterile, and welcoming environment; prepare patients and assist the doctors Complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist Instruct patients on postoperative and oral health care Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment following ADA guidelines Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations High school diploma or GED, with mandated training courses for certification or licensure Relevant certifications / licenses as required by the state (e.g., radiograph exposure, ultrasonic scaling, sealant application) Associate degree or one-year certificate preferred; equivalent education and experience acceptable Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Tuition Reimbursement Child care assistance 401K Volunteer time off Shift premium pay for weekend roles

Registered Dental Assistants perform a variety of patient care, office, and laboratory duties. The primary role of the Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) is to assist the dentist in gaining the patients commitment to the best possible treatment, with urgency. Key duties include :
- Assisting the dentist in starting treatment and promoting the dentists qualities using x-ray time and intra-oral pictures
- Educating patients and supporting the dentists diagnosis after examinations
- Abiding by safety, infection control, and permitted duties according to regulations
