Duties :
- Legal Counsel : Provide legal advice to clients regarding real estate transactions, construction contracts, disputes, and regulatory issues.
- Contract Drafting & Review : Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to real estate and construction projects, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Dispute Resolution : Represent clients in legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation, related to real estate and construction matters.
- Research & Strategy : Conduct legal research to support case strategies and ensure clients' interests are protected.
- Client Relations : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering practical legal solutions to meet their goals.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other attorneys, staff, and external professionals to manage cases and provide high-quality service to clients.
Requirements :
Experience :2-5 years of experience in real estate and / or construction law.
Experience in contract negotiation and dispute resolution is preferred.Skills :Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks efficiently.Attributes :Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to achieve results.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Education :
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications :
Admission to the state bar where the firm operates (or eligibility to be admitted).Skills :
