Duties :

• Legal Counsel : Provide legal advice to clients regarding real estate transactions, construction contracts, disputes, and regulatory issues.
• Contract Drafting & Review : Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to real estate and construction projects, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Dispute Resolution : Represent clients in legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation, related to real estate and construction matters.
• Research & Strategy : Conduct legal research to support case strategies and ensure clients' interests are protected.
• Client Relations : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering practical legal solutions to meet their goals.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other attorneys, staff, and external professionals to manage cases and provide high-quality service to clients.

Requirements :

2-5 years of experience in real estate and / or construction law.

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
