Travel Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care (LTC)

Location : Traverse City, MI

Start Date : 10 / 20 / 2025 | Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : Nights | 6 : 30 PM – 7 : 00 AM | 36 hours / week guaranteed

Weekends : Schedule to be determined by facility

On Call : Schedule to be determined by facility

Position Summary :

Under the supervision of the Unit Manager / ADON / DON, the LPN / LVN provides and oversees nursing care for a group of residents in accordance with facility policies and state regulations. Responsibilities include assessing, implementing, and evaluating care plans, maintaining patient safety, and supervising CNAs and nursing assistants.

The LPN / LVN is expected to demonstrate exceptional care, passionate service, and professionalism in all interactions while fostering a positive environment that supports residents' physical and emotional well-being.

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of SNF / LTC or Med Surg experience – Required

Current BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) – Required

COVID-19 vaccination (medical / religious exemptions considered case-by-case) – Required

Previous travel experience – Required
