Data Center Planning Analyst

Overview

Data Center Planning Analyst at Jobs via Dice. Immediate need for a talented candidate. This is a 15+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential, located in Zebulon, NC (Onsite).

Pay range : $50 - $54 / hour. Employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate complex device installations within the data center, ensuring alignment with established business processes and industry best practices.
• Assist with the planning and design of data center layouts, including structured cabling, power distribution, and rack space allocation to promote optimal performance, resiliency, and flexibility.
• Support and help enforce compliance with the IT Data Center Security Policy.
• Work collaboratively with Data Center Services team members and cross-functional technology groups to achieve corporate project goals and infrastructure initiatives.
