job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMinimum Qualification : Eight (8) years commercial journeyman experience in Electrical, HVAC, service & repair. Prior supervisory experience preferred Minimum Certification Requirements : Universal EPA Certification Must be able to install, troubleshoot, maintain, diagnose and repair various HVAC specialties. Siemens Desigo and DDC experience needed. Much of the day will be spent overseeing and assisting in preventive maintenance tasks and work requests being performed by HVAC technicians, seeing that their work tasks are completed in a timely manner. Responsible for directing HVAC technicians in the repair of HVAC systems including AHUs, VAVs, PIUs, etc. Work hours very Other duties as assigned. The clients facility is a 24 / 7, 365 operation and overtime may be required. Must be familiar with office and laboratory building operations and maintenance. Experienced with AHU's Phoenix valves, VAVs and PIUs. Experienced in maintenance of positive pressured clean rooms, negative pressure labs and in the operations of building automation systems. Must be an effective communicator, both verbally and electronically. Multi Talented General Maintenance Expert Good organizational skills Good computer skills Must be able to lift in excess of 50lbs Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods Employees may be subject to immunization and testing requirements pursuant to Client and current Company requirements. Employees must meet the requirements of the federal credentialing process to access the facility, which includes but is not limited to, obtaining facility access (aka PIV card, smart card, access card, badge) and meeting ongoing training and access requirements.
