We are currently seeking a Hospice CNA in the Dallas area who shares our passion for providing dignified, compassionate end-of-life care. This person will be covering the Grapevine areas.

Shift Schedule : Full-Time, AM Shift, Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

Qualifications :

Must be an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with the state

This role requires a valid driver's license and a good driving record as a condition of employment. Associates must comply with all state and federal driving regulations

Associates in roles requiring driving are responsible for maintaining a valid and active driver's license. Failure to maintain a valid license may result in reassignment, suspension, or termination in accordance with company policies and applicable laws

Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to patient's location

Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Must clear a criminal background check, physical and drug screening

What you'll be doing :

As the primary Caregiver, you will provide support to patients on a daily basis through feeding, cleaning, providing medical assistance and other activities of daily living

Regularly commute to various patient locations to provide continuous care

Anticipated pay range

$19-$21 USD
