Engineering Manager - Millwork - Base Salary to 125k / year - Phoenix, AZ
Responsibilities
- Manage and direct engineering / drafting staff to develop submittal and process drawings for commercial millwork and casework fabrication
- Maintain schedules on drawing production to meet contractual commitments
- Conduct group drawing reviews with associated managers and ownership for quality and accuracy
- Define, implement and maintain tools and methodology to support drawing quality and production
- Manage and maintain software updates and licenses
- Provide technical support and training to the department related to procedure, method, and manufacturing standards
- Maintain document archive and retrieval for past projects
- Work closely with the Project teams to debug problems and resolve issues
